Please follow these guidelines to ensure a beautiful and safe playing environment for everyone.
Booking & Timing
- Arrival: Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before kick-off.
- Departure: Vacate the field immediately after your slot ends—leaving on time is mandatory for the next team.
- Authority: Management reserves the right to change or cancel bookings due to unavoidable circumstances (power failure, technical issues).
- Power Policy: Due to fuel crises, generators may not run during long power outages. In such cases, bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled.
Footwear & Attire
- Prohibited: Spikes or heeled shoes are strictly forbidden on the turf.
- Approved: Only **Turf Boots** or **Trainers** are allowed.
- Responsibility: It is everyone's duty to wear correct footwear to protect the turf quality.
Field Cleanliness
- No Smoking: All intoxicants, including cigarettes, are strictly prohibited within the venue.
- Littering: Throwing trash on the field or venue premises is forbidden.
- Waste Disposal: Please use designated bins for all waste.
Valuables & Security
- Personal Responsibility: Keep mobiles, wallets, and jewelry under your own supervision.
- Lockers: Feel free to use our locker facilities if needed.
- Liability: Prime Arena Sreemangal is not responsible for any lost or stolen items within the premises.
Code of Conduct
Treat all players with respect. Fighting, abusive language, or indecent behavior is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the field immediately. Following management instructions is mandatory.
